Delete your Payce account

In the app

1. Open Payce and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Sign in with Apple, or with your phone’s lock.

Your account is deleted straight away. It can’t be undone.

Can’t open the app?

Email support@paycemobile.com with the subject “Delete my Payce account”, and say whether you sign in with Apple or Google. We confirm the account is yours before deleting it, and reply once it’s done.

What is deleted

Everything Payce holds about you: your account and sign-in, your bank connections — the consent held at our banking provider, Enable Banking, is ended — your transactions, categories and rules, bills and income, budgets, goals, investments and wishlists, and your subscription record at our billing provider, RevenueCat.

What is kept, and for how long

• Copies in our database backups are overwritten within 30 days.
• Our server logs record your account’s internal id, never your data, and are kept for up to 90 days.
• Your bank’s records, Enable Banking’s own records, and Apple’s or Google’s billing records are theirs, kept under their own obligations.

Subscriptions

A Google Play subscription is cancelled when you delete your account, so you won’t be charged again.

An App Store subscription keeps billing until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings — cancel it before you delete.
